this is a note to add to the post previous, today is 29th December 2004 and I have not received a reply from this company, I have sent many emails to different offices including our local service engineer in Fethiye and to the head office in Istanbul, and have not had the courtsey of a reply. It is with regret that when customers now ask for recommendations regarding central heating of their villas I will be telling them of the non existant aftercare sales service.

Dear Sir
Please could you supply me with English instructions to operate a boiler we purchased this year. We live in Turkey and as yet have not mastered the language.
The boiler is Baymak �elik Serisi Paket Kat Kaloriferi Kazanlari. this boler has a timer switch.
I would also add that we (and our neighbour) purchased the central heating system in May 2004 and we were promised a service in October before we used the system for the first time, unfortunately, this did not happen until we had to call an engineer to assist with the system as we could not get it started.
We purchased the system and were promised that we could use it to obtain hot water when no sun to heat the solar panels, however, we have used the heating for 4 days but have not had any hot water. we telephoned an engineer who told us that Baymak had nothing to do with the hot water or the leaking water valve at the back of the boiler we reported, even though the valve is connected to a water pipe attached to the back of the boiler.
Myself and my husband (and our neighbour) are very disappointed with the service so far, as we purchased in good faith with promises of good on going service, which we have not had. We have telephoned the Fethiye engineer and he never comes to our house to assist with the problems we are encountering.
Any assistance you can give regarding this matter would be very much appreciated.

I have sent this email to various offices in Turkey, and as to date we still have had no response. I am very disapointed to date with the after care customer service. |

Yaklaşık 15-20 g? ?ce ?? arıza yaptı.Sert hava şartları etkisiyle olabilir.Tam olarak bilmiyorum.Servisi ?ğırdım onlar da tam bir sebep bulamadılar fakat boyler kısmında bir arıza olduğu kesin.Hava şartları biraz daha d?elince boyleri s?? fabrikanıza g?dereceklerini,teşhis ve tedavinin orada ger?kleşeceğini s?lediler.Halen s??edilen aktiviteler fiiliyata ge?rilmiş değil maalesef..
